Terms of use

1. The service

ToolMitra provides free online utilities, calculators and informational content. The tools are software aids. They are not professional advice, tax filing systems, lending systems, legal document generators or certified astrology services.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, or probe infrastructure without written permission.
• Do not submit unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights through any form or API.
• Do not upload images or text you do not have the right to process.
• Do not use the site to send spam, scrape personal data, or misrepresent results as professional certification.
• Automated access to the public JSON API is welcome within reasonable limits; bulk extraction requires permission.

3. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy for a specific jurisdiction. We work to keep formulas correct and documented, but you must verify outputs before relying on them for money, legal obligations, health or safety.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolMitra and its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or losses arising from reliance on a calculator result, generated document, metadata suggestion or astrology content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, original written content and source code are the property of ToolMitra unless stated otherwise. Images you process, prompts you write, invoice data you enter and documents you generate remain yours. You are responsible for having permission to use any content you process. Open-source dependencies keep their own licences.

6. Advertising and third-party links

The site may display clearly labelled advertising and link to third-party websites. We do not control third-party content, products or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Advertising is kept outside the primary tool interaction area and never incentivised.

7. Saved invoices

Saving an invoice is optional and creates an unlisted link protected only by a random code. Anyone with that link can read the invoice. Do not store information you would not share with the client. You can request deletion at any time.

8. Availability and changes

Tools may be changed, restricted or discontinued. Features described as planned may never ship. These terms may be updated; the “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the operator's registered location. Replace this clause with your own jurisdiction before commercial launch.
