TMToolMitra

Privacy policy

This policy describes the data practices of the ToolMitra website and its tools. It is written to be read, not to hide behind legal jargon.

Last updated: October 2026

1. The short version

  • Image compression, WebP conversion, word counting, JSON formatting, QR generation, GST, EMI, percentage, age, invoice drafting, meta tags, AI prompts and zodiac lookup run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to our servers.
  • No account, name or email is required to use any tool.
  • We store enquiry details when you submit the contact form, anonymous tool-run counters, optional tool feedback, invoices you explicitly save, and dated horoscope content.
  • We do not sell personal information and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.

2. Data we process

3. What never leaves your browser

Uploaded images, pasted text, JSON, QR content, invoice drafts (until you press Save), meta tag inputs, AI prompt drafts and birth dates for the zodiac finder are processed with browser APIs. We cannot read them because they are never transmitted. Closing the tab discards them.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The essential site does not use advertising cookies. A theme preference is saved in local storage because it is needed for the interface to work as expected. Tool run counters do not use cookies or persistent identifiers.

If advertising (for example Google AdSense) or third-party analytics is enabled in future, a consent banner will appear before any non-essential script runs, and you can choose essential-only storage. Third-party vendors, including Google, may then use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings and your browser settings. Advertising will remain clearly labelled and separate from tool controls.

Advertising identifiers are configured through NEXT_PUBLIC_ADSENSE_CLIENT and NEXT_PUBLIC_ANALYTICS_ID. When those values are empty, no third-party scripts are requested at all.

5. Legal bases and retention

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on legitimate interest for abuse prevention and aggregate usage counting, consent for optional cookies and marketing contact, and the necessity of processing to respond to an enquiry you initiated. Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask for earlier deletion. Saved invoices are retained until deletion is requested. Aggregate counters contain no personal data.

6. Sharing and processors

We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the site (hosting and managed PostgreSQL), and with advertising providers if advertising is enabled and consented to. We do not sell personal data.

7. Security

Inputs are validated on the server with schema checks, write endpoints are rate limited, spam traps are used on forms, IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes, and database credentials live in server-side environment variables. No internet application can promise perfect security; report a concern to sales@digiwisesoftech.com and we will investigate.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of data you submitted, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email sales@digiwisesoftech.com from the address you used. Saved invoices can be deleted on request using the invoice number and link. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

The tools are intended for general professional and personal use, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a child has submitted an enquiry, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date. Questions about this policy can go to sales@digiwisesoftech.com or through the contact form. See also the terms of use and disclaimer.
