Tell us about a website or software project, report a problem with a tool, or suggest something that would make your work easier. This form reaches a person, not a ticket queue.
Project and support form
Required fields are kept deliberately small. We ask for a short description because a concrete goal (“five-page website with a portfolio and enquiry form”) gets a far more useful reply than “need website”. Phone is optional.
What happens to your message
- Your name, email, optional phone, selected service and description are stored in our PostgreSQL database.
- A notification with those details is also emailed to our team inbox so the enquiry is not missed.
- We use them only to reply to this enquiry and keep a short record of the conversation.
- We do not add you to a newsletter or sell your details.
- You can ask us to delete the enquiry at any time by replying to our email with “delete my data”.
- Spam protection includes a hidden honeypot field, a request rate limit and a bot heuristic. No CAPTCHA is used.
